It's almost 30°C here, tomorrow is going to be even hotter... so, give me some rain, please...
I think we have had summer already over here.It was three warm days at the end of March if I recall correctly.
Kate, Phew! 30c and it's still only April. Maybe it's on it's way to us.There must be a few shirtless androgynous beauties walking about your city. But I'd be quite content with 25c. I hope it cools down for you soon.Dee.
Luke, We also had that good period late March although it didn't last long.I think London needs some good outdoor weather soon with so many things goingon in the near future.Need the sunshine so I can go out and take pictures.Dee.
When the blizzards of January and February bring snowdrifts up to your eyebrows, head for Thailand and the beaches and the boys. Why suffer through winter? You are wrapped in bearskins, we have shorty shorts and tans. - Ian
Ian, Sounds tempting, if I was of retirement age AND had an agreeable partner (who isn't too keen on Asia).Alas I'm still paying off a credit card for several Chiangmai boys that I got to know and spoil. But I enjoy keeping up with an old friend Frank (his blog Asian CoOp... on my blog links) who recently moved down to Patayya in a condo right by Jomtien Beach along with an old friend Jerry. They've both retired there. Sounds like a utopian life from what I hear.Any idea whats happened to blogger 'Bangkok Of The Mind.' He seems to be set to invited readers only.
Bkk of the Mind has discontinued his blog. A bigger work load got in the way I think. I just moved out of a condo at Jomtien after 3 months and am renting a nice little house a few miles away from the beach. Its what I wanted, (may even buy it now I have my retirement visa) but no speedo boys in the neighbourhood. Sigh! - Ian
